Hi. It's Craig Fugate and I'm here at the Harvard Business School and today I got to participate in a conference on emergency management in the 21st century and what the implications are looking at social networking and social systems and how that interfaces. A lot of people would look at this as a conference about just using social media but this really gets back to the fundamentals on how we construct and build governance in this country as well as build systems that respond to disasters that go far beyond what government's role is but also the private sector, volunteer and faith-based and the public itself. So it was a great opportunity to come here and share ideas and here I am at Harvard School of Business talking about emergency management in the 21st century.
