And we are going to educate you on some be ready preparedness types of things, OK? We want you to have a lot of fun. Radio Disney: Thank you so much, give a round of applause. We are going to do what Radio Disney does. Our favorite thing to do is dance so I need everybody up on your feet. We are going to warm up our party right now. Music: Radio Disney: So the way this game is going to go is I'm going to be asking a trivia question, OK? And if you know it then make your noise maker really, really loud and then I'll pick on you and then you can answer the question, OK? True or false? It is a good idea to cover your mouth when you sneeze. Oh, OK I heard you first. Is it true or false? True. That is right. Give her a good Radio Disney round of applause. Right over here rocking out with Radio Disney. Erin Martin: It's a great time for everyone to get ready since September is National Preparedness Month. Ready Colorado is a campaign to get Coloradans ready for disasters. We encourage everyone to pack a 72-hour kit, to have a communication plan, and to make a difference by doing things like taking a first aid class. Ready Colorado teamed up with Radio Disney to do these programs that help kids understand that being ready for disasters is very important. It's a fun way to share readiness information with students and teachers, who then can share the info with friends and family members. The Denver Urban Area Security Initiative purchased school ready kits, which are backpacks filled with shelter-in-place supplies like blankets and water and food. Schools that participate in these programs get one backpack for classroom and it's a great resource for teachers and schools. For information about being ready visit ReadyColorado.com.
