Yes, this is the early stage.
Obviously the Rhode Islanders are getting the full 
effect of being around a storm. 
Governor, what's your biggest 
concern right now?
Well, definitely the storm surge.As the wind switches around 
to the southeast,driving the water up the bay,
 that's my biggest concern. 
How has cooperation been so far
with the federal government?
It's been terrific, especially 
with FEMA.
They've been right from the 
beginning reaching out.We had plenty of warning on this 
storm, so that's a benefit. 
What's your message to the 
people of Rhode Island?
Just pay attention to the experts,be prepared, be careful, and stay safe.
