    More than 400 individuals from throughout the State of New Jersey participated in the Recovery Tools and Training - workshops presented by Church World Service organizations. FEMA supported this initiative so that Long Term Recovery Groups would have the background, resources and national contacts to assist with the recovery from Hurricane Sandy.
