Portland, Ore., July 19, 2014 – These two riders fasten huge pieces of lumber to their cargo bikes at the FEMA checkpoint at the Disaster Relief Trials. At this checkpoint, rider must take large pieces of lumber, fill out a mini emergency communication plan, and collect a disaster wheel spoke card before advancing to the next checkpoint.
