Moore, Okla., Aug. 30, 2013 -- Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin listens to a builder inside one of the many homes under construction in Moore, Oklahoma. Rebuilding is underway in Moore, where the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development just announced that the city will receive $26.3 million in a Community Development Block Grant following the EF-5 tornado that struck in May 2013. In addition, the State of Oklahoma will receive $10.6 million to support local recovery efforts following powerful storms that occurred in the area May 18 - June 2.
