Child Waits As Family Registers for Disaster Assistance

Emmonak, Alaska, July 15, 2013 -- At the local school, Ursela Kozersewkorf waits for her grandmother as the family registers with FEMA by calling the 1-800-621 FEMA number at a special meeting place for the Tribal village.
