New Orleans, La., July 11, 2013 -- FEMA Region 6 Regional Administrator Tony Robinson joins city of New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu and state and local officials in celebrating the ribbon cutting of Norwood Thompson Playground in Gert Town. Hurricane Katrina's high winds damaged the concession building roof and lighting fixtures at the park, and floodwaters devastated the walls, building contents, electrical components, fencing and playground equipment.
