Baffle wall constructed in Belle Harbor

Belle Harbor, N.Y., May 21, 2013 --The New York City Parks Department, with partial funding from FEMA's Public Assistance program, is constructing a baffle wall in the Rockaways, from Beach 126th Street to Beach 149th Street, to replace the older wall damaged during Hurricane Sandy.
