Moore, Okla., May 22, 2013 -- FEMA Deputy Administrator Rich Serino greets a FEMA representative at a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) that is set up to help residents impacted by the recent tornado that swept through the area on May 20, 2013. The DRC is set up at the 1st Baptist Church on 301 N Broadway.  Residents are encouraged to register with FEMA  either by visiting the center or by calling (800) 621-FEMA (3362) or TTY (800) 462-7585 for people with speech or hearing disabilities.
