Jersey City, N.J., April 18, 2013 -- Alan Aiches, historian preservation and collections specialist at FEMA and Michael Timpanaro, Liberty State Park historian, tour the Central Railroad Terminal of New Jersey to view damages left by Hurricane Sandy.
