Mantoloking, N.J., March 15, 2013 -- Contractors are recovering debris from the bottom of Barnegat Bay that was deposited by Hurricane Sandy. In order to rid the waterway of obstacles that could cause harm to boaters, recreational enthusiasts and the environment, flat bottom boats are being utilized for removal purposes.
