Cherokee, N.C., March 14, 2013 -- Michael Bolch, FEMA Federal Coordinating Officer answers questions from reporter about what FEMA is doing in Cherokee, NC before a training session for Tribal contractors who are members of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians (ECBI) officials and interested in providing services to FEMA.
