Staten Island, N.Y., Feb. 6, 2013 -- Small Business Administration (SBA) Administrator Karen G. Mills, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Shaun Donovan, met at Goodfella's pizzeria in Dongan Hills, to announce the release of additional funding to aid homeowners and small business owners in their recovery efforts.
