Windsor, Conn., Dec. 19, 2012 -- FEMA Community Relations team Linda Martinez and Reinaldo Casiano, both of Puerto Rico, may have saved a despondent woman's life during a Nov. 30 canvass of a coastal Connecticut community. The woman, saying she had “nothing to live for” and wanted to die, walked to a nearby pier. It was 37 degrees, and the woman was wearing only a sweatsuit. The team called 911 stayed with her until the rescue unit arrived. Photo by Bill Lindsey/FEMA
