Moonachie, N.J., Nov. 17, 2012 -- In Moonachie, FEMA was with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) as the First Aid and Rescue Station site was surveyed to ascertain the amount of damage the building sustained after flooding from a levee break.
