Parsons, W.Va., Nov. 5, 2012 -- Jennifer Rabuck, a U.S. Forest Service worker from the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Wisconsin, verifies that a downed power line in West Virginia's Tucker County is safe before a tree trimming crew starts clearing downed trees so that power can be restored.
