Anniston, Ala., Feb. 1, 2012 -- (Left) FEMA Chief of Staff Jason McNamara and Center for Domestic Preparedness Superintendent Dr. Christopher T. Jones cut the ribbon opening the renovated emergency department inside the Noble Training Facility (NTF). The emergency department offers more space for training and many features found in modern hospitals. The NTF is the only hospital facility in the United States dedicated solely to preparing the healthcare, public health, and environmental health communities for mass casualty events related to terrorism or natural disasters. Behind the ribbon are CDP staff and construction contractors who significantly contributed to the project. FEMA/Derek Jensen
