Neptune, N.J., September 6, 2011 -- Tom Bowman (blue shirt), a MERS Radio Frequency Technician, and Tom Spain, a MERS Safety Disaster Preparedness Officer (DPO), route cable for IT as the FEMA Logistics team prepares a JFO in Neptune for FEMA specialists deployed to work on DR-4021-NJ.
