Minot, N.D., July 18, 2011 --Tessa, an Argentine Tegu, is being housed in a Red Cross shelter in Minot, ND which is allowing some shelter residents with exotic pets to house them in a area near their sleeping quarters.  The Red Cross and FEMA are working with local, state and other federal and private agencies to assist residents who where affected by flooding when the Souris or Mouse River overflowed its' banks.
