The National Flood Frequency Program (NFF) was developed by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) to estimate approximate peak discharges for ungauged basins. The USGS has replaced the NFF Program with the National Streamflow Statistics (NSS) Program. NSS contains all of the NFF functionality and equations as well as low flow and other probability equations. The NFF program and database have not been changed since 2004 and will no longer be updated or supported. You can find the NSS Program at
