Interoperable Emergency Communications Grant Program Guidance and Application Kit
The Interoperable Emergency Communications Grant Program (IECGP) is a grant program created by the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007. IECGP is administered by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Grant Programs Directorate (GPD), in partnership with the Office of Emergency Communications (OEC). This package provides the formal grant guidance and application materials needed to apply for funding under IECGP, including IECGP funding allocations, eligibility criteria, and detailed application requirements. The eligible applicants for this grant program are the SAAs of the 56 States and territories.
