FEMA proposes to provide funding through its Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program as authorized by the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act for construction of a new fire station. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and FEMA’s regulations for implementing NEPA at 44 CFR Part 10, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project.
