Inter Tribal Council of Nevada Letter of Support to Amend Stafford Act

Inter Tribal Council of Nevada President, Bill A. Bell sent to Honorable Senator Lieberman a letter of support to Senate Bill 2283.  The bill amends the Stafford Act to allow Tribes to choose whether to directly request a separate declaration or to receive assistance, as they do presently, under a declaration for a State.
