The National Advisory Council met in public session on February 16, 2012 in San Francisco, CA to review the progress and potential recommendations of its four subcommittees: Preparedness and Protection, Response and Recovery, Public Engagement and Mission Support, and Federal Insurance and Mitigation. The NAC concurred to forward 26 recommendations to the Administrator ranging from grants to the National Mitigation Framework and the National Response Framework.
