Environmental Assessment for 180’ Tower, Atkinson, Holt County, Nebraska (May 2011)

FEMA is considering providing funding under its Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) for the construction of an 180’ tower at 607 W. Central Street, Atkinson, Holt County, Nebraska. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and FEMA’s regulations for implementing NEPA at 44 CFR Part 10, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to analyze the potential environmental impacts of the proposed project.
