Seismic Rehabilitation Training for One- and Two-Family Wood-Frame Dwellings, FEMA P-593 CD, promotes seismic rehabilitation of one- and two-family dwellings, in order to reduce earthquake damage losses and increase dwelling habitability following moderate to major earthquakes. This is done by introducing the trainee to the effect of earthquakes on wood-frame dwellings, identifying common seismic vulnerabilities, and identifying rehabilitation approaches and available guidelines.
