Environmental Assessment for the City of San Antonio Fire Department, Fire Station #50, Bexar County, Texas (July 2010)

FEMA is proposing to fund the construction of a new Fire Station #50 through ARRA funds administered by the Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, the President’s Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations to implement NEPA (40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 1500-1508), and FEMA’s regulations implementing NEPA (44 CFR Part 10), an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the proposed project.
