Environmental Assessment for Highway Garage Facility, Town of Colchester, Delaware County, New York (December 2009)

FEMA proposes to provide funding under its Public Assistance Grant Program for construction of a new highway garage facility in the Town of Colchester. The Town decided to pursue an alternate project and apply disaster funds to the garage construction rather than to the repair of a damaged roadway. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and its implementing regulations, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the proposed project.
