Advanced Engineering Building Module (AEBM) Technical and User Manual

This manual describes procedures for developing building-specific damage and loss functions with the Advanced Engineering Building Module (AEBM). The AEBM procedures are an extension of the more general methods of the FEMA/NIBS earthquake loss estimation methodology (HAZUS) and provide damage and loss functions compatible with HAZUS MR4.
