Environmental Assessment for the St. Bernard Animal Shelter, St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana (July 2009)
The St. Bernard Parish Government has applied for FEMA assistance to demolish and construct a new animal shelter; the original facility was damaged by Hurricane Katrina.
In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to analyze the potential environmental impacts of the proposed project.
