Environmental Assessment for Hancock County Annex Complex, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi (June 2009)
Hancock County has applied for funding under FEMA’s Public Assistance Program for the consolidation of county functions and services and the construction of a new Hancock County Annex Complex in Bay St. Louis. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project on the human environment.
