Environmental Assessment for 300-foot Public Safety Communications Tower, Greeley County, Nebraska (June 2009)
FEMA is proposing to provide funding for a 300-foot guyed communications tower under its Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP). In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to analyze the potential impacts of the proposed HSGP-funded project on the human environment.
