Procedure Memorandum 35 - Additional Requirements for Inclusion in FY05 Study Contracts

This Procedure Memorandum provides Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) staff, contractors, and mapping partners with guidance regarding the following requirements instituted after Fiscal Year (FY) 2005 contracts were signed: compliance with the floodplain boundary data quality standard; use of the scoping tool in the Mapping Information Platform (MIP); compliance with the Data Capture Standards documented in Appendix N of FEMA's Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping Partners; entering project data into the MIP; coordination with the National Service Provider's Regional Management Centers; and developing quality control plans.
