E-MIS User Guide
This document provides FEMA's environmental and historic preservation specialists with guidance on how to document and record the information necessary to complete an EHP project technical review. The User Guide is intended to be used with the eGrants EHP module known as the Environmental-Historic Preservation Managment Information System (E-MIS). E-MIS is a Web-enabled tool designed to facilitate the process of evaluating FEMA-funded projects and documenting project compliance with environmental and historic preservation laws and Executive Orders.
