Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians Letter of Support to Amend the Stafford Act

Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians Tribal Chairwoman, Mary L. Resvaloso sent a letter of support to Senator Feinstein in support of amending the Stafford act.  The bill amends the Stafford Act to allow Tribes to choose whether to directly request a separate declaration or to receive assistance, as they do presently, under a declaration for a State.
