American Red Cross - Tribal Letter of Support to Amend the Stafford Act

American Red Cross Senior Vice-President for Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships sent to Honorable Senators Lieberman and Collins a letter of support to Senate Bill 2283.  The bill amends the Stafford Act to allow Tribes to choose whether to directly request a separate declaration or to receive assistance, as they do presently, under a declaration for a State.
