Snoqualmie Indian Tribe Letter of Support to Amend Stafford Act

Snoqualmie Indian Tribe Chairwoman, Shelley Burch sent to Honorable Senators Lieberman and Collins a letter of support to HR1953.  The bill amends the Stafford Act to allow Tribes to choose whether to directly request a separate declaration or to receive assistance, as they do presently, under a declaration for a State.
