Environmental Assessment for 190’ Communications Tower, Watertown, Codington County, South Dakota (November 2010)

FEMA is providing funding to the City of Watertown under its Interoperable Emergency Communications Grant Program for the construction of a 190’ communications tower. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and FEMA’s regulations implementing NEPA at 44 CFR Part 10, an Environmental Assessment was prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the tower project.
