Environmental Assessment for Fire Station Construction, Pueblo of Santa Ana, New Mexico (August 2010)
FEMA is proposing to provide funding under the Assistance to Firefighters Station Construction Grant Program (an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act program) for construction of a new fire station on Pueblo lands that would be managed, maintained, and operated by the Sandoval County Fire Department. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and FEMA’s regulations for implementing NEPA at 44 CFR Part 10, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed construction project on the human and natural environment.
