Environmental Assessment, Nixon Road Drainage Project, Combes, Texas (July 2009)
The Town of Combes has applied for funding under FEMA’s Public Assistance program for the construction of improvements to the stormwater drainage system along Nixon Road to reduce the likelihood of future flooding in this area. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project on the environment.
