FEMA is proposing to provide funding assistance under the Homeland Security Grant Program for construction of a public safety communications tower in Hayes County, Nebraska.
In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project on the human environment.
