Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 Flood Mitigation Assistance Program Guidance - The Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) grant program provides funding to States, Indian tribal governments, and communities so that cost-effective measures are taken to reduce or eliminate the long-term risk of flood damage to buildings, manufactured homes, and other structures insured under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
