 –SOAP UI Configuration. 
 –Build a valid CAP message. 

.Manual Signature building 
 –Copy the alert portion to a file. 
 –Run my java "signer" 
 –Copy the signature from the resulting file into the SOAP UI app 
 –Run SOAP UI at the designated time.
