Warren county Emergency Management Agency letter to US fish and Wildlife Service with their signed response from field Supervisor Charles Scott stating that they "reviewed the proposed action and determined that no federally listed species, candidate species, or designated critical habitat occurs within the project area.  Furthermore, the service has determined that this action will have negligible impacts on wetlands, migratory birds and other priority fish and wildlife resources."
