Issues with importing a MR5 hurricane and flood study region into 2.0 and performing a 
surge analysis have been corrected.

Memory leaks in coastal flood delineation have been fixed.

Issues with exporting a flood study region with empty folders have been corrected.

Issues with aggregating regions at the census block level producing empty inventory data 
under some special circumstances has been fixed.

Issues with vehicle analysis in the flood model for a coastal storm surge hazard type have 
been corrected.

Loss ratio in the Combined Coastal Surge Loss report is now calculated and displayed
