The Manage Appeals functionality is not yet available in NEMIS-MT. For the manual Appeals process, for disasters declared on or after June 1, 2010, please refer to the Hazard Mitigation Assistance Unified Guidance in effect at the time of the disaster declaration. For disasters declared on or after June 1, 2009 and prior to June 1, 2010 please refer to the FY10 Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Unified Guidance. For disasters declared prior to June 1, 2009, please refer to the HMGP Desk Reference. You may also request guidance from your Regional Mitigation office.
