Make An Angel In Remembrance Of September 11th Victims

The Angel Project is an international craft activity sponsored by Clapper Publishing of suburban Chicago. The company has invited people to make ornament-sized angels in memory of the victims of the September 11th tragedies. Staff members will collect the angels and deliver them to New York City, Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania for a special memorial service Christmas week. The deadline for receiving the artwork is December 7th, 2001. Instructions for making two angels can be found at www.kid-at-art.com/htdoc/lesson58.htm. One design is for a New York City firefighter angel, and the other is a simple clothespin figure. There is also a link to The Angel Project Web site where the company has provided more designs.
