You have reached the briefing site for FEMA's Hurricane Liaison Team. Whenever a hurricane threatens U.S. interests, the HLT deploys to the National Hurricane Center in Miami to conduct operations. Our mission is to support a partnership between NOAA and other federal, state and local government agencies by providing emergency managers with timely and relevant information. This site is only updated during active hurricane events.
