Recovery Year Two: It's About Progress

In this second year of the Gulf Coast recovery, focus is on Public Assistance and its role in city-specific rebuilding efforts including repairing or replacing essential infrastructure and schools, government buildings, and medical, and recreational facilities. The foundation of the recovery is Public Assistance and the projects it funds.

Many projects have started; many more are in the pipeline. Bottom line: there is PROGRESS.
